Prime Minister Imran Khan Inaugurated Kamyab Jawan Program

To nurture the idea of merit and honesty in the country Prime Minister of Pakistan has restated the resolution of his government. Youth are the future of Pakistan, and our destiny depends on them, he said while addressing the inaugural of Kamyab Jawan program, one of flagship ingenuity, this evening in Islamabad.

Further, the PM added that PTI government has a strong belief in merit and transparency, and Kamyab Jawan program is a program of merit. Prime minister said that only those nations move forward in the world that follows the rule of merit.

Imran Khan said the Muslims ruled the world over a thousand years as a result of inception of state of Madina by our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). He said scrupulosity and meritocracy were the major attributes of the foundation of state of Madinah which helped it make the grade.

He said the prominent reason for the foundering of Muslims in the world was the acquisition of monarchic culture and not granting democratic rights to their society. He further added that the reason for the decease of the Mughal Empire is their ignorance toward the rule of merit.

He advised the youth to take a deeper read about the life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as he is an epitome ideal for the whole world. Further, the Prime Minister, for launching the first phase of the program for youth of the country congratulated all the stakeholders.

Imran Khan said Youth Skills Foundation will be developed for youth of the country and the program will be personally superintended by him to keep track of its progress. The Prime minister said being equal citizens of Pakistan, minorities will also exploit from the program just like the majority. He said an invariable educational system will be founded into the country to sleek the society.

It was announced by the Prime Minister that the programs to be launched next for youth are Geen Youth Movement and Startup Pakistan. He said to become a self-reliant and self-esteemed nation we need to change our frame of mind. Promptly, while addressing the event Special Assistant on Youth Affairs, Usman Dar, mentioned that this program will take our youth towards affluence. Usman Dar repented that governments before this failed to draw up policies for the evolution of youth of this country. He said the country’s first Youth Development structure has prepared by our government, under which work is being carried out in six areas.

One hundred billion rupees will be distributed under Kamyab Jawan Program, for business ventures among youth. These loans are being provided to youth under three categories. Saudi Arab Is Interested In China Pakistan Economic Corridor

A few days back, a representative from Saudi Arab reached Pakistan and informed that they are interested in CPEC. Representatives have claimed that Saudi Arab would be taking part in this super project. This tremendous project is taking place in Gwadar and Saudi Arab will contribute and participate by doing some investments. It was being said that it is a kind gesture which we want to give to the people of Pakistan who have done valuable services for the progress of kingdom. Undoubtedly, this is true because almost two million Pakistanis are engaged in the development and the progress of the kingdom.

Pakistan-China Friendship:

The friendship bond between Pakistan and China is very strong. These two countries are known to have the strongest friendship ties. China spent billions of dollars for the project of China Pakistan economic corridor. The project will allow the establishment of a connection between Kashgar and Gwadar. The project was started under the china’s OBOR project which is also known as one belt one road. Such activities have brought the two allies very close to each other. Saudi Arab being the part of the project:

Pakistan’s newly elected president has also visited Saudi Arab and appreciated the vision of 2030. Moreover, he has also given assurance of full collaboration from his side. The country is very eager to boost up the relations with Saudi Arab.

Therefore a wave of disturbance also took place in Iran.

As it is mentioned above that Iran and Saudi Arab have some unresolved issues, therefore, doing investments in CPEC is causing disturbance for Iran. They do not want Saudi Arab to invest in this project of China Pakistan economic corridor.

These committees will not only provide guidance for cooperation but also coordinate to provide them with a right direction. The field where cooperation is needed is not only equipment but also culture, security, trade, investment & finance too. I got married when I was 18 years old and did bachelors after my marriage and got 2nd position in it, but due to family commitments, I had to discontinue my studies. But amidst all the chores, deep inside, a voice would keep calling, "You are meant to do more". Having ignored this voice for too long, I enrolled myself in Masters program in AIOU and started teaching as soon as my children started going to school. 

My husband, seeing the efforts I would put in every small assignment, urged me to go for CSS. With two demanding children and sick mother in law to attend to, along with teaching O levels and studying for last semester of Masters. 

I set off for preparing for CSS. I had the untiring support of my husband who stayed by my side till the end. It was his strength that kept me motivated. 

But the moment of glory came with the moment of grief. My husband passed away in an accident a week before my CSS result came out. I had been allocated but the person who had made it possible wasn't there to celebrate it with me. I feel as if he knew all along that he was going to go. That all this while he was trying to help equip me with everything that I would need when he was gone. And now I want call out to him with pride and say "We did it"! How To Register A Company In Pakistan?

Registering your company is considered as a popular act of business organization. Registration of all companies in Pakistan takes place under the Act of 1984 companies ordinance. Today we will discuss various steps involved in the registration of a company in Pakistan. While settling your new business, it is considered the last step of the process.

We have described different steps with a simple understanding of procedures for the reader. So, that you need not to dive into more details and find it complex. Security and Exchange commission of Pakistan also follows some rules and regulations.

Steps for Company registration in Pakistan:

1. Give a name to your company and get approval:

While going through the phase of selection of name for your company, make sure that you don’t use restricted words or prohibited terms. Because inappropriate or deceptive words will not be accepted by SECP. In addition to this, keep this thing in mind that the name you chose for your company must not be identical to any other company already registered. In both cases, you won’t get the approval for the name.

2. Pay the required dues for incorporation and get it registered:

Suppose that you have decided the name for your company now the next step is paying the company registration fee. Before that you will need to have a name availability certificate from SECP. For the purpose of having it, you may write an application. Required dues can be submitted through bank challans, where ever instructed. Now at this step SECP ask for some documents. Let us discuss those documents below.

• Documents regarding Declaration of compliance.
• Documents regarding Identification of office’s location.
• Photocopies of Memorandum plus Articles of Association with signatures of the members.
• Particulars of auditors, secretary and chief accountant.

3. Obtain Your digital signature and Make a company seal:

The digital signatures are provided by NIFT (National Institutional Facilitation Technologies). These can be obtained using e services provided by SECP. When it is, all done, you have to represent a company seal, which will depend upon the city where you want to start your business.

4. Register for all the taxis like sales, professional and income tax:

In case of registration of Income tax, you must apply for NTN (National Tax Number) at the Regional tax office of FBR (Federal Board of Revenue. Following are the requirements of this application.

• National tax number form.
• Articles and Memorandum of association.
• Proof of the registration.
• Company’s Director ID card copies.
• Bank account number.
• Attestation of the location of business address.

Similarly, Sales tax registration can be completed by applying for STN at regional tax office of FBR. And for professional tax you must register yourself with Excise and Taxation department.

5. Registration with EOIB and ESSI:

Depending on the location of your business, you will need to register with ESSI. And every company with five or more employees is supposed to be registered with Employees old age benefits institution (EOBI).

6. Registration with the labor department of your location:

For the purpose of safeguarding the standards of labor workers, every company other than one man shop is required to get registered with this department.
